Finding a pet friendly rental is the biggest issue facing pet owners in the UK.

Of the 3.2m pets bought during lockdown, 59% of new pet owners were under the age of 35 years old.

Of that 59% the majority were Generation Z and Millennials who rent with their pets.

In the UK majority of people rent. Younger generations are renting for much longer. Their pets are their children. They will not move without them.

There are 17 million pet owners in the UK. Pet friendly landlords represent a much smaller percentage of the population.
