My wife and I were relocating to the UK from California with our two cats, and we needed help finding a place given the difficulty of renting in the London market and with the time difference, not physically being there and the complication of the pets.

From our initial call onwards Russell, the founder, was great to work with, very competent, friendly, and realistic. We worked collaboratively to find suitable properties, Russel having access to pet-friendly properties just coming on the market and from his own contacts, and also able to look into properties we found on our own.
