A lovely family relocating to London needed to be within walking distance of their children’s school. Their plan was to adopt a dog, ideally a cocker spaniel, once they were settled, so we made sure that was written into the tenancy agreement from the start.

We secured a charming maisonette backing onto Hampstead Heath, the perfect spot for future dog walks. While they waited for their belongings to be shipped over, I also helped them organise some rental furniture to get comfortably set up in the meantime.
