Relocating to London With a Dog
We recently helped a lovely client relocating from the USA to London with her dog to begin her master’s studies.
Her ideal location was Fulham, preferably close to Parsons Green, where she wanted to be near friends and enjoy everything the neighbourhood has to offer.
There was just one challenge. She had a limited budget for one of London’s most competitive rental markets, and she needed a landlord willing to accept both an international student and her dog.
Our client had wisely arranged temporary accommodation through us, giving her time to attend viewings before starting university.
Finding a Pet-Friendly Flat in a Competitive Market

Despite the new Renters’ Rights Act reforms in England, renting with pets remains challenging. Landlords can still choose between competing applicants, and international students without an established UK rental or credit history may face additional hurdles.
