1. Book and pay £125 securely by card. No payment, no booking.
2. Complete a short form about your budget, pets, timing and goals.
3. 45 minute Rent Ready call with straight, practical advice.
4. Leave knowing whether to do it yourself, use the E-Broker Service, or go full relocation.

If you upgrade to the E-Broker Service or Full Bespoke Relocation, your £125 is deducted from the final fee.
