Russell Hunt – Founder
A Londoner and pet-friendly property specialist. With nearly 30 years in UK property, I founded Pets Lets in 2019 to make renting with pets easier. As both a property expert and dog owner, I understand the challenges first-hand.
My experience spans estate agency, property search as well as being a landlord. I help clients worldwide, particularly from the US, navigate the London & UK rental markets with their pets.
Alongside my co-founder Biscuit (a basset/beagle with a big personality), I’m happiest when clients and their pets feel truly at home.

With over 20 years in the property world and as a landlord myself, I know how important it is to find a place that truly feels like home. I’m passionate about helping people find the perfect property where they can build memories and feel comfortable from day one. As an animal lover with two dogs and two cats, I also believe a home isn’t complete without our furry family members!

A Pet Travel Expert and co-manager of the Relocating to the UK with Pets Facebook group, supporting thousands moving with their pets. After over a decade in Brittany, France, with regular UK–EU travel alongside a well-travelled cat, there’s real hands-on experience of pet travel.
Having also run pet-friendly accommodation and been a landlord open to pets, both sides are well understood—now combined with first-hand experience of how tough it can be to secure a pet-friendly rental from overseas.
